克林霉素联合妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果及安全性分析

摘要目的探讨克林霉素联合妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2015年5月～2016年11月我院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者162例作为研究对象，根据不同的治疗方法将其分为单药组和联药组，每组各81例。单药组患者给予克林霉素治疗，联药组患者给予克林霉素联合妇科千金片治疗。比较两组患者的临床症状评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后，联药组患者的下腹疼痛、坠胀、白带量、白带性状、神疲乏力评分均低于单药组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。联药组患者的治疗总有效率（97.53%）高于单药组（87.65%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。联药组患者的不良反应发生率（6.17%）明显低于单药组（17.28%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论克林霉素联合妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔炎，可有效缓解患者的临床症状，提高临床疗效，不良反应较少，临床应用价值高，值得推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Clindamycin combined with Gynecological Qianjin Tablets in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.MethodsFrom May 2015 to November 2016,162 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who treated in our hospital were selected as subjects,and they were divided into single drug group and combined drug group according to different treatment methods,81 cases in each group.The single drug group was treated with Clindamycin,the combined drug group was treated with Clindamycin combined with Gynecological Qianjin Tablets.The scores of clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compareed between the two groups.ResultsAfter treatment,the scores of lower abdominal pain,swelling,leucorrhea,leucorrhea and lassitude in the combined drug group were lower than those in the single drug group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the combined drug group(97.53%)was higher than that of the single drug group(87.65%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined drug group(6.17%)was significantly lower than that in the single drug group(17.28%),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).ConclusionClindamycin combined with Gynecological Qianjin Tablets in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the clinical efficacy,less adverse reactions,and have high clinical value,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
