Clinical effects of antipruritic lotion combined with biological dressing suppository for gynecological inflammation in treating pregnancy associated with vulvovaginal candidiasis

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effects of antipruritic lotion combined with biological dressing suppository for gynecological inflammation in treating pregnancy associated with vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC).Methods 168 patients pregnancy associated with VVC in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to different treatment.87 patients in treatment group were used antipruritic lotion combined with biological dressing suppository for gynecological inflammation,and 81 patients in control group were used biological dressing suppository for gynecological inflammation.After treatment for 1 week,the clinical effects and recurrence situation after 4 weeks in two groups were compared.Results Effective rate in treatment group was 96.55%,obviously higher than 79.01%in control group,and the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05).The recurrence rate in treatment group was 7.69%,obviously lower than 27.50%in control group,and the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Antipruritic lotion combined with biological dressing suppository for gynecological inflammation in treating pregnancy associated with VVC can get obviously clinical effects,which can decrease recurrence rate and is worth to be popularized in clinic.
