综合护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者并发症及满意度的影响分析

摘要目的　探讨综合护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者并发症及满意度的影响。方法　选取我院2014年2月～2016年1月收治的80例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组在对照组的基础上给予综合护理干预。比较两组的术后排气时间、切口疼痛时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、护理满意质量评分及术后并发症发生率。结果　观察组患者的术后排气时间、切口疼痛时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。观察组的术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。观察组的护理满意质量评分为（43.54±3.64）分，显著高于对照组的（31.24± 2.25）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论　对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者进行综合护理干预可减轻患者的术后疼痛时间以及住院时间，加快术后恢复速度，减少并发症的发生，提高患者满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the complication and satisfaction in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 80 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients from February 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention，the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Postoperative exhaust time，incision pain time，time to get out of bed，hospital stay，nursing satisfaction quality score and the incidence rate of postoperative complication was compared between the two groups.Results Postoperative exhaust time，incision pain time，time to get out of bed，hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group，with significant difference（P＜0.01）. The incidence rate of postoperative complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference（P＜0.01）.The quality score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was（43.54±3.64）points，which was higher than（31.24±2.25）points in the control group，with significant difference（P＜0.01）.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can reduce postoperative pain and hospital stay，and speed up the recovery rate，reduce the incidence of complications，improve patient satisfaction.
