Abstract：Objective To explore the level of hospital infection rate and the distribution situation，and to provide basis for formulation infection controlmeasures in clinical.Methods All inpatients from January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital were investigated and researched.The current situation of hospital infection and deep reasons were analyzed.Results Hospital infection rate in our hospital during the three years from 2013 to 2015 showed a downward trend year by year.The top three of infection site constituent ratio were respectively lower respiratory tract，upper respiratory tract and superficial incision，which showed that respiratory tract infection was themain site of infection.From the point of view of pathogens distribution，Escherichia coli was themost common.Conclusion The hospital infection in our hospital for nearly three years has been improved，butwhich still can not be ignored.The targeted controlmeasures should be strengthen to decrease the incidence rate and harm of hospital infection.
