Abstract:Objective To study the curative efficacy of fine ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods 150 cases of patients who were treated for ureteral calculi from June 2012 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, they were randomly divided into two groups, fine ureteroscope holmium laser group and pneumatic ballistic group, each group had 75 patients, after patients for 3-6 months follow-up,the surgery condition, the success rate of gravel, the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time of fine ureteroscope holmium laser group was(35.6±6.3)min,the hospitalization time was(6.1±1.4)days;the operation time of pneumatic lithotripsy group was(53.4±8.1)min,the hospitalization time was(8.5±1.4)day,the operation time of fine ureteroscope holmium laser group, duration of hospitalization were significantly lower than those of the control group, and there were significant differences(P<0.05).The success rate of lithotripsy fine ureteroscope holmium laser group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that of pneumatic lithotripsy group of 85.33%,and there was a significant difference (P<0.05).Fine lose uretroscopic holmium laser group for complication rate was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than that of air pressure ballistic group of 16.00%,with significant difference (P<0.05).Ureteral stricture was not found in follow-up.Conclusion The efficacy of small ureter mirror holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of ureteral stones is high, simple and effective, security, with a certain advantages.
