Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy of ureteral soft mirror combined with holmium laser in the treatment of renal and upper ureteral calculi.Methods90 patients with renal and upper ureteral calculi who were treated in our hospital from July 2015 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 45 patients in each group. The control group was given extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, and the observation group was given ureteral soft mirror combined with holmium laser. The stress index levels, the exclusion rate of stone and the incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsThere were no significant differences in the level of Cor,CRP and IL-6 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of Cor, CRP and IL-6 in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group after the treatment, with significant difference (P<0.05).The rate of stone exclusion in the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than 84.44%in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 13.33%,which was lower than 42.22%in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionUreteral soft mirror combined with holmium laser therapy in the treatment of renal and upper ureteral calculi can effectively improve the overall stone exclusion rate, with less trauma, while the rate of complications can be better controlled, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
