Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of single-channel minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy and ureter soft mirror in the treatment of complex renal calculi. Methods 117 patients with complicated renal calculi treated in our hospital from March 2012 to November 2016 were selected as the subjects, and the patients were divided into control group (64 cases) and study group (53 cases). The control group was treated with single-channel minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy, and the study group was treated with ureteral softening. The operation time, hemoglobin loss, hospitalization time, disposable stone clearance rate,Ⅱ reoperation rate and complications occurred of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups (P>0.05).The hemoglobin loss of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05),disposable stone clearance rate in the study group (37.74%) was lower than that in the control group (70.31%) (P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 9.43%,which was lower than that of the control group (25.00%) (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of electron ureteral soft mirror in the treatment of complex renal calculi is more remarkable than that of single channel minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithy, which is worthy of further application in clinical practice.
