单通道微创经皮肾镜与电子输尿管软镜治疗复杂性肾结石的效果

摘要目的观察单通道微创经皮肾镜与输尿管软镜治疗复杂性肾结石的效果。方法选取2012年3月~2016年11月在我院治疗的117例复杂性肾结石患者作为研究对象,根据手术方式的不同分成对照组（64例）和研究组（53例）。对照组使用单通道微创经皮肾镜治疗,研究组使用输尿管软镜治疗。比较两组的手术时间、血红蛋白损失量、住院时间、一次性结石清除率、Ⅱ期再手术发生率以及并发症发生的情况。结果两组的手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;研究组的血红蛋白损失量低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;研究组的一次性结石清除率（37.74%）低于对照组（70.31%）（P<0.05）;研究组的并发症发生率为9.43%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论电子输尿管软镜治疗复杂性肾结石患者的效果比单通道微创经皮肾镜更为可观,值得在临床中进一步推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of single-channel minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy and ureter soft mirror in the treatment of complex renal calculi.Methods 117 patients with complicated renal calculi treated in our hospital from March 2012 to November 2016 were selected as the subjects,and the patients were divided into control group (64 cases) and study group (53 cases).The control group was treated with single-channel minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy,and the study group was treated with ureteral softening.The operation time,hemoglobin loss,hospitalization time,disposable stone clearance rate,Ⅱ reoperation rate and complications occurred of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups (P>0.05).The hemoglobin loss of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05),disposable stone clearance rate in the study group (37.74%) was lower than that in the control group (70.31%) (P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 9.43%,which was lower than that of the control group (25.00%) (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of electron ureteral soft mirror in the treatment of complex renal calculi is more remarkable than that of single channel minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithy,which is worthy of further application in clinical practice.
