Research of after bronchoscopy guide cavity radiation therapy in treating bronchogenic carcinoma

Abstract：Objective To explore the effects of after bronchoscopy guide cavity radiation therapy in treating bronchogenic carcinoma.Methods 60 patients with bronchogenic carcinoma from July 2014 to July 2015 of department of respiration and oncology in our hospital were selected as study objects.Patients in control group were used routine chemotherapy，and patients in observation group were used after bronchoscopy guide cavity radiation therapy.The KPS score before and after treatment，survival rate after treatment for 1 and 3 years and treatment effects in two groupswere observed.Results The KPSscore in observation group was（80.30±10.21）scores，better than thatwas（71.02±9.03）scores in control group，and the differencewas statisticant（P＜0.01）.The survival rate after treatment for 1 and 3 years in observation group was better than that of control group，and the difference was statisticant（P＜0.01）.The total effective rate in observation group was 96.66%（29/30），better than thatwas 70.00%（21/30）in control group，and the difference was statisticant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The research of after bronchoscopy guide cavity radiation therapy in treating bronchogenic carcinoma has validity，which obviously prolongs the survival time of the patients and improves the life quality.
