Abstract:Objective To explore the association between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)level and severity of coronary vessels of patients. Methods 115 patients in our department of cardiology accepted coronary artery interventional therapy from January to December 2015 were divided into groups as follows:control group(group A),single-vessel coronary disease group(group B),double-vessel coronary disease group(group C),multi-vessel coronary disease group(group D).The levels of hs-CRP and plasma BNP levels of different groupswere mesasured and studyed. Results The hs-CRP levels of CAD group were higher than that of control group(P<0.05);group D′s hs-CRP level were higher than group B and C,which showed significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of plasma BNP in CAD group were higher than control group(P<0.01);the levels of plasma BNP in group D′s were also higher than thatof group B and C(P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP and BNPwere positively correlated with Gensini score (P<0.05).Conclusion The hs-CRP and BNP levelswere positively correlated with Gensini score, which can be good parameters to predict the severity of coronary vessels atheroma.
