Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effects on combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating diabetes combined with fundus hemorrhage. Methods 200 diabetic combined with fundus hemorrhage patients from January 2013 to December 2015 of our hospitalwere selected as study object.Patientswere randomly divided into observation group and control group，and each group was 100 cases.Patients in observation group were used combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine，and patients in control group were used simple Western medicine.The clinical effects of patients between two groups were compared.Results The traditional Chinese medicine symptom between two groups before treatment had no statistical significance（P＞0.05）.After treatment，the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score in observation group was obvious lower than that of control group，and the difference was sta tistically significant（P＜0.05）.The vision between two groups before treatment had no statistical significance（P＞0.05）.After treatment，the vision in observation group was obvious better than thatof control group，and the differencewas statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The total effective rate in observation group was 84.0%，obvious better than thatwas 63.0%in con trol group，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating diabetes combined with fundus hemorrhage can enhance the clinical effects effective and isworth to popularize.
