Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of enhanced CT and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis（AP）.Methods96 casesof AP in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected as research subjects，color Doppler ultrasound and enhanced CT examination were given.The imaging manifestations and diagnosis of two kinds of examinationmethodswas observed.Results The ratio of pancreatic duct dilatation and common bile duct stones of color Doppler ultrasound was higher than that of enhanced CT（P＜0.05），but the ratio of the limitation enlargement of pancreas，focal necrosis of pancreas liquefaction of color Doppler ultrasound was lower than that of enhanced CT，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The AP detection rate of enhanced CTwas higher than that of color Doppler ultrasound，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The AP detection rate of bleeding and necrotizing of enhanced CTwas higher than thatof color Doppler ultrasound，with significantdifference（P＜0.05）.Therewasno significantdifference in the edematous AP detection rate between the two kinds of examinationmethods（P＞0.05）.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound and enhanced CT in acute pancreatitis diagnosis and also has high value，which can be combined in clinical use，in order to effectivelymake up for defects，this is of great significance for the diagnosis，treatment and prognosis of AP.
