Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the application feasibility of serum biochemical tests of liver cirrhosis and the diagnosis of disease.MethodsFrom January 2013 to June 2016,50 cases confirmed liver cirrhosis and 50 healthy subjects in the hospital were selected as the research object, they were set as the observation group and the control group. All subjects underwent biochemical tests, serum bile acid(TBA),cholinesterase(CHE),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),total bilirubin(TBil),prealbumin(PAB),glutamate dehydrogenase(GLDH).Leucine aminopeptidase(LAP), alpha fucosidase(AFU),adenosine deaminase(ADA)and acid biochemical index were compared between two groups.ResultsAST,ALP,TBA,TBil,GLDH,LAP,AFU,ADA index in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and PAB,CHE in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01).ConclusionIn the clinical diagnosis of liver cirrhosis, patients are grven biochemical test, and the difference between the biochemical index and the health of people can make a diagnosis of the liver.
