Abstract：Objective To study the effect of different prcoessingmethods in the ovarian function after the laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy. Methods 84 patients of adopting the laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospitalwere selected and retrospectively analyzed.The subjectswere divided into electrocoagulation group and suturing group according to the different treatmentmethods.The index of E2，FSH，LH and abnormal rate ofmenstruation of two groupswere observed.Results 84 patientswere successfully completed surgery，postoperative serum E2levels of two groups patientswere decreased，FSH，LH levels increased，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）；after 6 months of follow-up visit，the incidence rate of irregularmenstruation for electrocoagulation group （28.57%，12 cases）was higher than that of suturing group（4.76%，2 cases），the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion After the laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy，the different prcoessingmethods have the different effects in the patients′ovarian function.In order to recover the patients′ovarian function，the suturing method shall be firstly recommended to improve the ovarian function and reduce the incidence rate of irregularmenstruation.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
