Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of prenatal nutrition guidance in obstetrics clinic.Methods 100 cases of pregnantwomen in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 who were willing to receive nutrition guidance during pregnancy were selected as the observation group,in the same year,100 pregnantwomen who were notwilling to receive nutrition guidance during pregnancy were selected as the control group.The detection condition of bonemineral density in the late pregnancy,the condition of delivery and the newborn and the incidence rate of pregnancy complications in the two groupswas compared.Results The detection condition of bonemineral density in the late pregnancy in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The condition of delivery and the newborn in the late pregnancy in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence rate of pregnancy complication in the observation group was 9.00%,which was lower than 19.00%in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnancy nutrition guidance in obstetrics clinic can effectively reduce the incidence rate of pregnancy complications,improve natural childbirth rate,pregnancy outcome is considerable,which can improve the quality of obstetric outpatient service.It can effectively reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications,improve the natural delivery rate,and improve the quality of obstetric clinic.
