Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of small needle-knife therapy combining with osteoporosis therapy apparatus in the treatment of osteoporotic compression spine fracture. Methods 50 patients suffering from osteoporotic compression spine fracture from January 2012 to December 2015 admitted into our hospitalwere selected. They were evenly divided into control group and observation group in random,25 cases in each group. In the control group,on the basis of the conventional treatment, small needle-knife therapy was added, while in the observation group,on the basis of the control group, osteoporosis therapy apparatus was adopted. The therapeutic effect was compared in the two groups. Results The therapeutic effective rate in the observation group was better than that of control group with a statistical difference (P<0.05).The time of pain alleviation in the observation group was less than that of control group (P<0.05).The level of bonemineral density was increased a bit in the observation group after therapy, which was not displayed a great difference in comparison with that in the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of osteoporotic compression spine fracture, combination of small needle-knife therapy and osteoporosis therapy apparatus can quickly alleviate patient′s suffering and functional disorder, and effectively slow down or prevent the worsening of osteoporosis as well as the recurrence of osteoporotic compression spine fracture.
