Abstract：Objective To study the effect of operating room nurses hierarchicalmanagement approach in the prevention of intraoperative body cavity foreign body left control action.Methods 32 people of operating room nurses from January 2014 to December 2015 were seleted，according to thework experience，education，job title and the actual ability to work，were level N1，N2，N3，N4，management level to protect long→level N1→N2→N3→N4 grade level.Surgery for different situations，the appropriate level of nursing staff with the surgery was completed.For all levels of nursing staff were trained to carry out intraoperativemanagement knowledge，layer by layer supervise and check the body cavity surgery foreign body left higher part.In the day before surgery，N1-level nurses was needed intraoperative body cavity foreign body residual risk assessment and vigilant subordinate nurse.After some time，before and after the implementation of the operating room nurse level management comparative of results were analyzed.Results After inconsistentmanagement body cavity before closing number，foreign body looking over 30min，to find foreign bodies bymeans of X-rays than the formermanagement had improved significantly，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）；after the first surgery management implementation rate was 95%，far much higher than the rate of implementation of continuous operations （78%），the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.01）.Conclusion The effect of operating room nurses hierarchical management approach in the prevention of intraoperative control body cavity foreign body left obvious effect，can effectively prevent foreign objects left behind a body cavity surgery to improve the safety of surgery，it should be popularized.
