Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive nursingmanagement in preventing operation room infection. Methods 86 patients who conducted operation in our hospital operation room from June 2015 to December 2015 were retrospective analyzed,and dividied into experimentgroup and control group.43 cases in each group.Patients in experiment group were given comprehensive nursingmanagement and patients in control group were given routine nursing.The hospital stay,hospitalization expenses,operation room infection and complications in two groups were observed Results The hospital stay in experiment group was(12.06±0.53)days,obvious lower than that(16.17±0.61)days of control group,and the difference was significance difference(P<0.01);The hospitalization expenses in experiment group was (13236.45±289.83)yuan,obvious less than that(17683.28±293.74)yuan of control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.01);The operation room infection in experiment group was 2.33%,obvious lower than that 13.95%of control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the incidence rate of complications in experiment group was 0.00%,obvious lower than that 9.30%of control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using comprehensive nursingmanagement in preventing operation room infection can obvious decrease the incidence rate of operation infection and worth to popularize.
