妇科再造胶囊辅助治疗多囊卵巢综合征的可行性研究

摘要目的观察妇科再造胶囊辅助治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果。方法选择2010年12月～2015年12月收治的500例多囊卵巢综合征患者，随机分为研究组、对照组，每组250例。研究组采用妇科再造胶囊联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗，对照组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗。比较两组的治疗效果及治疗前后血清中的促卵泡激素（FSH）、促黄体生成素（LH）和睾酮（T）水平。结果研究组、对照组的治疗总有效率分别为94.0%和87.2%，研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗前，两组患者血清中的FSH、T、LH水平差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后，两组血清中的FSH、T、LH水平均显著降低（P＜0.05），研究组患者治疗后的血清FSH[（3.8±0.6）mIU/ml vs（4.4± 0.7）mIU/ml]、T[（0.5±0.2）μg/L vs（1.0±0.4）μg/L]、LH[（6.6±1.1）mIU/ml vs（8.7±1.6）mIU/ml]均显著低于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论妇科再造胶囊联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果明显，可明显改善性激素代谢情况，可在临床推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Fuke Zaizao Capsules as an adjuvant therapy in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).MethodsFrom December 2010 to December 2015,500 patients with PCOS were evenly divided into the research group(n=250)and control group(n=250)in random.In the research group,Fuke Zaizao Capsules combined with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets was adopted,while in the control group,simple Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets was used.The therapeutic effect and the level of serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and testosterone(T)before and after treatment between two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate was 94.0%in the research group and 87.2%in the control group respectively. The total effective rate in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Before therapy,there was no significant difference in serum FSH,T,or LH level after comparisons between two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment,FSH,T and LH level in the two groups were significantly decreased (P＜0.05).After therapy,the value of FSH,T,and LH in the research group and control group were(3.8±0.6)mIU/ml and(4.4±0.7)mIU/ml,(0.5±0.2)μg/L and (1.0±0.4)μg/L,and(6.6±1.1)mIU/ml and(8.7±1.6)mIU/ml in turn,after comparison,the level in the research group were all lower than those in the control group (P＜0.01).ConclusionFuke Zaizao Capsules combined with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets can obtain a remarkable effect treating PCOS and greatly improve the metabolism of sex hormones,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
