Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kuntai Capsule combined with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 68 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into group A and group B，34 cases of patients in each group.Group A was given Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets treatment，group B was given Kuntai Capsule combined with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results Before the treatment，there was no significant difference between patientswith sex hormone levels in the two groups，after the treatment，the sex hormone level in group B was significantly better than that in group A（P＜0.05）.The endometrial thickness and the number of dayswas respectively（9.62±0.75）mm，（3.68±0.74）d in group A，and（12.35±0.38）mm，（6.87±0.46）d in group B，the two indicators in group B were better than those of the group A，with statistical difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Kuntai Capsule combined with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients，can be used in clinical application.
