Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the clinical and pathological features of colon cancer, and to analyze the prognostic factors.Methods40 patients with colon cancer in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were selected as the research objects, the clinical basic data, perioperative blood routine examination, biochemical examination, pathological examination resultswere reviewed. After surgery, all patientswere followed up for three years. The survival rate of patients was recorded and the possible factors influencing survival rate were analyzed by single factor analysis and multiple regression analysis.Results40 patientswith colon cancer after three years of follow-up,the disease-free survival rate was 80.0% (32/40).Single factor analysis and multiple regression analysis confirmed that the level of serum cancer embryonic antigen and the degree of pathological differentiation were independent risk factors influencing the prognosis of colon cancer patients.ConclusionThrough the analysis of the clinical pathology of colon cancer patients,it is beneficial to evaluate the prognosis of patients, strengthening the attention of high-risk patients and givingmore positive treatment, which has clinical application value.
