Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the incidence and the related risk factors of bacterial vaginosis for fertile age women in local area.MethodsVaginal secretion examination results and questionnaires 2483 fertile agewomen in local area from June 2015 to Febrnuary 2016 were counted and analyzed.Unconditional single factor and multi-factor Logistic regression analysiswere used to analyze the risk factors.ResultsThe prevelance rate of bacterial vaginosis in fertile age women was 15.5%(384/2483)in local area.Age,educational level,economic income,urogenital disease history,reproductive history,frequency of sexual life,using condoms,health habits,clinical symptoms and examination and so on was associated with bacterial vaginosis in fertile age women(P<0.05);cleaning up inside the vagina,use health care pad in non menstrual period,artificial abortion times increased and the high frequency of sexual life was risk factors of bacterial vaginosis,and the using condomswas a protective factor for bacterial vaginosis(P<0.01).ConclusionThe prevelance rate of bacterial vaginosis in local area for fertile age women is relatively high.Paying attention to sexual life and hygiene habits,at the same time,strengthening the propaganda of knowledge about health care,which play an active role in reducing the infection of bacterial vaginosis.
