Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the incidence of adverse drug reactions reported in our hospital,in order to guide clinical rational use of drugs and prevent the occurrence of Adverse drug reactions.MethodsRetrospective research the 102 cases of Adverse drug reactions were reported in our hospital in 2015,the influencing factors and manifestations of Adverse drug reactions were analyzed.ResultsIn 102 cases of Adverse drug reactions,the age of 10 and 21 to 30 years old patients has the highesc incidence of patients.Most adverse drug reactions were caused by antibacterial drugs which mainly included damage of the skin and its accessories.Route of administration was mostly for injection.The mainly types of adverse drug reactions were general.ConclusionWe should fully understand the adverse drug reactions,and theroute of administration should beselected appropriately.Meanwhile,close attention shoud be paid to the patients to ensure the rational use of drugs.
