Abstract:Objective To analyze the common problems in the application of transfusion port in the chemotherapy of breast cancer, and put forward the solution,to explore the application effect of transfusion port in the chemotherapy of breast cancer. Methods 158 cases of breast cancer treated by transfusion port in our hospital from January to December in 2014 were selected as the control group, the common clinical nursing problems were analyzed retrospectively, the causes were analyzed and the corresponding measures were put forward.180 cases of breast cancer treated by transfusion port in our hospital from January to December in 2015 were selected as the observation group, and the corresponding solutions were carried out in the nursing process. The incidence rate of adverse events and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with significant difference(3.33%vs.13.29%,P<0.05).The patients satisfaction score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference[(86.7±6.9)vs.(75.3±7.3),P<0.05]. Conclusion In the treatment process of breast cancer chemotherapy patients treated by infusion port, the inspection and examination should be strengthened, the adverse events were analyzed, which can significantly improve the satisfaction of patients, reduce the incidence rate of adverse events.
