Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative activity of daily living in elderly with hip fracture.Methods 70 elderly with hip fracture from June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The control group were taken routine nursing,and on this basis observation group were taken multidisciplinary collaborative comprehensive nursing intervention.The total intervention time included hospital stays and 3 months after discharge,the hip joint function and ADL of two groups were compared.Results Three months after treatment,the Harris hip joint score of control group was(73.89±9.02)points,which was significantly lower than(84.39±8.69)points of observation group,there was statisticant difference(t=4.960,P<0.05);the Barthel index score of control group was(75.26±9.12)points,which was significantly lower than(84.39±8.75)points of observation group,there was statisticant difference(t=4.274,P<0.05). Conclusion Multidisciplinary collaborative comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively promote recovery of hip joint function,increase activity of daily living and improve living quality,which has higher clinical application value.
