Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of Dexmedetomidine in ICU patients with heart failure.Methods54 patients with heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=28)and the control group(n=26)according to the different sedative and analgesic drugs. The observation group was given Dexmedetomidine, the control group was given Propofol. The condition of improvement and prognosis were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe level of CK-MB,MYO,PaCO2after 24 hours in the two groups was lower than that before entering ICU,with significant difference (P<0.05).The level of CKMB,MYO,PaCO2after 24 hours in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The APACHEⅡscore of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the Ramsay score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The mortality rate of the observation group in 3 days was 10.7%,which was lower than 19.2%of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of Dexmedetomidine in ICU patients with heart failure, can promote the recovery of myocardial function, effectively alleviate the symptoms of heart failure, improve the prognosis of patients.
