甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈在2型糖尿病患者中的应用及对生活质量的影响研究

摘要目的探讨甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈在2型糖尿病患者中的应用价值及对生活质量的影响，为治疗2型糖尿病提供科学的参考数据。方法选取我院2015年7月～2016年7月收治的2型糖尿病患者70例为研究对象，按照入院顺序分为实验组与对照组，每组35例。对照组给予甘精胰岛素治疗，实验组给予甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、体重以及生活质量评分。结果两组的治疗总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前，两组患者的糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、体重以及生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，实验组患者的糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、体重以及生活质量评分显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈在2型糖尿病患者中的应用价值较高，可显著提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo discuss the application value of Insulin Glargine combined with Repaglinide in patients with type 2 diabetes and its impact on quality of life to provide the scientific reference data for treating type 2 diabetes.Methods70 patients with type 2 diabetes treated by our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected as object and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group,and each group had 35 cases.The control group was treated by Insulin Glargine,while the experimental group was treated by Insulin Glargine combined with Repaglinide.Glycosylated hemoglobin,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,weight and quality of life score in patients between two groups before and after treatment was compared respectively.ResultsThere was a statistical difference of the total effective rate of treatment between two groups (P＜0.05).There was no statistical difference of Glycosylated hemoglobin,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,weight and quality of life score between two groups before treatment(P＞0.05),after treatment,Glycosylated hemoglobin,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,weight and quality of life score in experimental group was obviously better than that of control group(P＜0.05).ConclusionInsulin Glargine combined with Repaglinide has a higher application value in patients with type 2 diabetes treated,can significantly improve the quality of life of the patients.
