Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy of pre-hospital emergency nursing pathways on pre-hospital emergency in stroke patients.Methods130 cases of stroke patients who were treated by 120 in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the subjectsand were divided into the experiment group and the control group by simple sampling method, with 65 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional emergency care, while patients in the experiment group were given pre-hospital emergency nursing pathways on the basis of the control group. The time from the call for 120 to pre-hospital emergency and from pre-hospital emergency to the emergency department for treatment, the mortality and morbidity of patients were conpared between two groups.ResultsThe time from the call for 120 to pre-hospital emergency and from pre-hospital emergency to the emergency department for treatment in the experiment group were shorter than those in the control group, the mortality and morbidity of patients were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe implementation of pre-hospital emergency care pathways can improve the quality of life of stroke patients, and strive for more rescue gold time.
