Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of high-quality nursing intervention on neurological rehabilitation in patients with cerebral embolism.MethodsThe clinical data of 80 patients with cerebral embolism admitted into department of neurology in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into the control group(routine nursing measures,n=40)and the observation group(high-quality nursing intervention,n=40)according to different nursing measures.The neurological function,motor function,daily life activity and quality of life were compared between two groups.ResultsBefore nursing,there were no significantly different among the scores of neurological function,motor function,daily life activity and quality of life in two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of neurological function in two groups were all decreased,the scores of motor function,daily life activity and quality of life in two groups were all increased,and compared with those before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of neurological function in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the scores of motor function,daily life activity and quality of life were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with cerebral embolism can restore neurological function,improve motor function as well as daily living ability,which is beneficial to the improvement of quality of life and is worthy of clinical promotion.
