Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the influence of system intervention on the cognition and behavior of high risk patients in stroke in Nanchang City.Methods172 people were selected from 1359 faculty members aged over 40 years old(including 40 years old)from Nanchang City Education System from January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital according to the National Health Commission"Risk Assessment Table for High Risk Population of Stroke"high risk of stroke, and systematic intervention was carried out for these high-risk populations. The improvement of awareness rate of stroke prevention and treatment, the improvement of bad habits before and after intervention were compared.ResultsThe awareness rate of stroke prevention and control knowledge among 172 high-risk stroke patients was 87.8%(151/172),which was significantly higher than that of 25.6%(44/172)before intervention, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=19.660, P<0.05).After the intervention, the risk of living habits of 172 high-risk workers was significantly reduced, the moderate exercise rate was significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionSystem intervention can effectively improve the awareness rate of disease prevention and control in high risk population of stroke and correct the bad living habits of the target population, and it is worthy tof promotion and application.
