Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application of comprehensive nursing in patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease.Methods88 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different nursing method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The levels of blood pressure,blood lipid and quality of life were compared between two groups.ResultsBefore nursing,there were no significant differences of the levels of blood pressure,blood lipid and quality of life between two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the levels of blood pressure and blood lipid in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the quality of life was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionComprehensive nursing in patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease in the application of better than conventional nursing.
