Abstract:Objective To discuss the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in initially hospitalized female schizophrenia patients. Methods A total of 65 initially hospitalized female schizophrenia patients admitted from January 2017 to October 2019 in our hospital were selected as research subjects. According to random number table method, patients were divided into control group (n=33) and observation group (n=32). The routine nursing was performed in the control group; on the basis of the former, the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing was performed in the observation group. Before and after intervention, the brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS) scores, insight and treatment attitude questionnaire (ITAQ) scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results There were no significant between-group differences in BPRS, ITAQ scores and medicine-taking compliance before intervention(P>0.05); after intervention, BPRS scores in the observation group were lower than those of control group, ITAQ scores and medication compliance were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the nursing total satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion For initially hospitalized female schizophrenia patients, the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can improve their insight, nursing satisfaction and medication compliance. It is worthy of application.
