Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of risk nursing management model in the perioperative period of minimally invasive surgery for chronic subdural hematoma (CSDH). Methods A total of 60 patients with CSDH treated in Shangrao Third People′s Hospital from were selected January 2019 to June 2020 were selected, and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group adopted risk nursing management model on the basis of the control group. The differences in postoperative recovery indicators and incidence rates of risk events and complications were compared between the two groups of patients at 3 weeks after surgery. Results At 3 weeks after surgery, the tubulization time, hospital stay and incidence rates of risk events and total incidence rate of complications in observation group were shorter or lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Risk nursing management model in the perioperative period of CSDH minimally invasive surgery can reduce the probabilities of risk events and complications, and improve the recovery efficiency.
