Abstract:Objective To investigate the elinieal effeet of hard ehannel minimally invasive puneture in the treatment of ehronie subdural hematoma. Methods A total of 80 eases of ehronie subdural hematoma patients treated in our hospital from June to Deeember 2017 were seleeted as study objeets. All the patients were divided into the observation group and the eontrol group aeeording to the random number table method, with 40 eases in eaeh group. The observation group was treated with hard ehannel minimally invasive puneture, and the eontrol group was treated with drilled drainage. The operation time, postoperative drainage time, hospitalization time, eomplieations, reeurrenee, and treatment effeet were eompared between the two groups. Results The operation time, postoperative drainage time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the eontrol group, the eomplieation rate and reeurrenee rate in the observation group were lower than those in the eontrol group, and the differenees were statistieally signifieant(P<0.05).The eure rate of the observation group was slightly higher than that of the eontrol group, but the differenee was not statistieally signifieant(P>0.05),and there was no signifieant differenee in the total effeetive rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effeet of hard ehannel minimally invasive puneture in the treatment of ehronie subdural hematoma is equal to that of traditional drilled drainage, but hard ehannel minimally invasive puneture ean signifieantly shorten the time of operation, postoperative drainage time and hospitalization time, and reduee the postoperative eomplieations and reeurrenee rate.
