Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the therapeutic effect of YL-1 needle drainage combined with Urokinase rinsing on treating chronic subdural hematoma.Methods92 patients with chronic subdural hematoma admitted into the department of neurosurgery in our hospital from March 2012 to May 2016 were selected as research objects. They were divided into two groups including conventional group and experimental group. In the conventional group, simple drilling drainage was used, while in the experimental group,YL-1 needle drainage combined with Urokinase rinsing was adopted. The therapeutic effect in the two groups was compared.ResultsThe total effective rate was 97.83%and 84.78%in the experimental group and the conventional group,respectively(P<0.05).The disappearing time of hematoma, rate of residual subdural effusion, and recurrence rate of hematoma was(7.22±2.12)d,2.17%and 0.00%in the experimental group, which were greatly superior to those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of quality of life(QOL)in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After therapy, the score of QOL in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).ConclusionCombination of YL-1 needle drainage and Urokinase rinsing obtains a remarkable clinical effect in patients with chronic subdural hematoma and can effectively decrease the recurrence rate of hematoma. At advantages of high operative safety, small trauma and simple and easy in operation,it is beneficial to improve the QOL,and is worthy of practical promotion.
