Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of non negative pressure aspiration combined with simpleα-chymotrypsin for simple liquefaction drainage on intracranial hematoma.M ethodsFifty-five patients with intracranial hematoma treated with minimally invasive drainage were selected from January 2014 to January 2016 as objects. They were divided into control group(33 cases)and treatment group(52 cases)according to different treatmentmethods. The control group method was given 2 ml negative pressure aspiration, pulverizer was used toflush, and was givenα-chymotrypsin liquefaction suction drainage, while treatment group method was given non-negative pressure aspiration combined with simpleα-chymotrypsin liquefaction drainage.Tratment effect between the two groupswas compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference between the two groups in the degree of edema and the rate of hematoma removal(P>0.05).The incidence rate of complications and mortality in treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionNon negative pressure aspiration combined with simple α-chymotrypsin for simple liquefaction drainage treating intracranial hematoma can reduce the secondary damage to the brain tissue, reducemortality and incidence rate of complications, and improve the prognosis of patients. It has a promotion value.
