Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative period of pediatric head and neck surgery.Methods A total of 68 children with head and neck surgery diseases admitted to Ganzhou Municipal Hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into rapid recovery group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received the traditional perioperative management program,while the rapid rehabilitation group formulated and implemented the perioperative management program of pediatric head and neck surgery in otorhinolaryngology department according to the concept of rapid rehabilitation.The two groups were treated for 2 weeks,and the related surgical indicators,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The operation time,postoperative hospital stay and total hospital stay in the rapid rehabilitation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the pain degree 12 h after surgery was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the rapid rehabilitation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the rapid rehabilitation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative period of pediatric head and neck surgery adopts the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery,which has significant effect,can effectively promote postoperative recovery of children,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction,and has high clinical application value.
