Abstract：Objective To discuss the application effect of detailed nurse and cognitive intervention in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy with focused ultrasound.Methods 80 cases of uterine scar pregnancy ultrasound focused treatment patients admitted in Yangjiang Maternity and Child Health Hospital,Guangdong Province from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)by random envelope method.The control group carried out routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group used detailed nursing combined with cognitive intervention.Negative emotions before and after nursing were compared between the two groups,and treatment compliance and satisfaction with nursing service were evaluated after nursing.Results The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05）;the treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）;the nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion Perioperative detailed nursing combined with cognitive intervention can improving the negative emotion of patients with uterine scar pregnancy ultrasound focused treatment,and improving their treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of application and promotion.
