助产士连续护理联合初产妇孕期体重管理对产妇负面情绪与母婴结局的影响

摘要目的探讨助产士连续护理联合初产妇孕期体重管理后对产妇负面情绪与母婴结局的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2020年2月厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院收治的180 例初产妇作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（90 例）与实验组（90 例）。对照组采用常规护理方法，实验组采用助产士连续护理联合孕期体重管理方法。比较两组的负面情绪与母婴结局。结果实验组的妊娠并发症发生率低于对照组，实验组的阴道分娩率高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组的负面情绪发生率低于对照组，实验组的巨大儿与低体重儿发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论助产士连续护理联合初产妇孕期体重管理有助于消除或减轻初产妇对即将生产的负面情绪，改善产后母婴结局。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing by midwives combined with weight management during pregnancy on maternal negative emotions and maternal and infant outcomes.Methods A total of 180 primiparas admitted to Women and Children′s Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into the control group(90 cases)and the experimental group(90 cases).The control group was treated with routine nursing method,and the experimental group was treated with midwife continuous nursing combined with pregnancy weight management method.The negative emotions and maternal and infant outcomes of primiparas in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of pregnancy complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the vaginal delivery rate was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of negative emotions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the incidence of macrosomia and low weight infants in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Midwife continuous care combined with weight management during pregnancy can help to eliminate or reduce the negative emotions of primiparas about the upcoming birth and improve the maternal and infant outcomes after delivery.
