Abstract:Objective To explore clinical effect of acupoint injection of Rat Nerve Growth Factor combined with conventional rehabilitation treating children with cerebral palsy. Methods Sixty children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into a control group (30 cases) and an observation group (30 cases) according to the random number table method. The children in the control group were treated with conventional rehabilitation training. The observation group was treated with acupoint injection of Rat Nerve Growth Factor on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, motor function and speech function of the two groups were compared. Results The total efficiency of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The gross motor function assessment table (GMFM88) score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the language development retardation (S-S)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint injection of Rat Nerve Growth Factor combined with conventional rehabilitation has significant effect treating children with cerebral palsy, and can promote the development of motor function and speech function in children.
