Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of three-dose regimen of Ergometrine Maleate in re-pregnant women with scarred uterus. Methods A total of 146 re-pregnant women with scarred uterus (singleton pregnancy,full-term, cesarean section) treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected as research subjects. They were divided into the control group (n=73) and the observation group (n=73) by the random number table method. The control group received continuous intravenous infusion of Oxytocin, and the observation group received three-dose regimen of Ergometrine Maleate. The biochemical indicators, labor stage, clinical efficacy, postpartum hemorrhage and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The hemoglobin levels after surgery of the two groups were lower than those before surgery, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The hemoglobin level after surgery in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The third stage of labor and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group, the intraoperative blood loss, 2 h postpartum hemorrhage, and 24 h postpartum hemorrhage were less than those in the control group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The three-dose regimen of Ergometrine Maleate can shorten the labor stage of repregnant women with scarred uterus and reduce bleeding, with favorable therapeutic effect and high safety.
