Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of high flux hemodialysis on chronic renal failure. Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Iron Coal General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from March 2018 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects, and were divided into control group (42 cases) and study group (42 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional hemodialysis, while the study group was treated with high flux hemodialysis. The efficacy, safety, and renal function level (serum creatinine [Scr],cystatin C [Cys C],blood urea nitrogen [BUN]),and the clearance effect of small molecular toxins (blood phosphorus, potassium, parathyroid hormone) were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,Scr,Cys C,BUN index levels were lower than those in the control group, adverse reaction rate was lower than that in the control group, the clearance rate of blood phosphorus, blood potassium, parathyroid hormone was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy and safety of high flux hemodialysis in patients with chronic renal failure are higher than routine hemodialysis, and it can effectively improve renal function and increase the clearance rate of small-molecule toxins.
