Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Snake Venom Hemagglutinase combined with Yunnan Baiyao in the treatment of non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 68 patients with non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to Xiantao First People′s Hospital affiliated to Yangtze University from April 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into control group (34 cases)and treatment group (34 cases) by random number table method. The control group was treated with Yunnan Baiyao. The treatment group was treated with Snake Venom Hemagglutinase on the basis of the control group. Serum indicators(serum cortisol levels,high-sensitive C-reactive protein [hs-CRP]),total response rate and total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate and serum indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of Yunnan Baiyao and Snake Venom Hemagglutinase in the treatment of non-varicose upper digestive tract bleeding has an ideal efficacy and low adverse reactions, which is worth reference in clinical use.
