Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of swallowing radiography combined with swallowing rehabilitation therapy on the rehabilitation of patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods A total of 76 patients with dysphagia after stroke admitted to Fuzhou First People′s Hospital from April 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into the control group (n=38) and the observation group (n=38) according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were provided with swallowing rehabilitation therapy, and patients in the observation group were combined with X-ray dynamic iohexol swallowing angiography on the basis of swallowing rehabilitation therapy.The intervention time lasted two weeks.The swallowing function, the degree of aspiration and the overall incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention, the swallowing function classification of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the recovery rate was higher than that of the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05).Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the aspiration degree score of the two groups (P＞0.05).After the intervention, the aspiration degree score and the overall incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion Swallowing radiography combined with swallowing rehabilitation therapy can improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with dysphagia after stroke, reduce complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
