Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of magnesium sulfate combined with Nifedipine in the treatment of hypertension in pregnancy. Methods A total of 60 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to Guangdong Province Zhuhai Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2015 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method, each had 30 cases, the control group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate Injection alone, and the observation group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate Injection combined with Nifedipine. The blood pressure indicators, effective rate of drug treatment, adverse drug incidence and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The blood pressure index after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the effective rate of drug treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions of the quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate injection combined with nifedipine can effectively adjust the blood pressure indicators of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension, improve the efficacy, ensure postpartum safety, and improve the quality of life of women in the perinatal period. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
