Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of hospital-community-family ternary linkage nursing mode on quality of life of stroke patients.Methods 80 patients with stroke who were discharged from a grade A class three hospital in Nanchang from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as study objects,and were divided into the intervention group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given a regular discharge nursing mode,and the intervention group was given a ternary linkage nursing mode.The quality of life and neurological defects were investigated in two groups of patients after discharge,3 months and 6 months after discharge.Results The NIHSS score of the intervention group was lower than the control group for 3 months and 6 months after discharge,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The physiological,psychological and independent scores of the patients for 3 months and 6 months after discharge of the intervention group were compared with control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital-community-family ternary linkage nursing model can effectively improve the quality of life of stroke patients and improve the neurological deficits.
