PDCA循环管理在消毒供应中心灭菌质量监测与管理中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨PDCA循环管理在消毒供应中心灭菌质量监测与管理中的应用效果。方法随机选取武警山西省总队医院2018年1～12月的100件消毒物品作为对照组，随机选取武警山西省总队医院2019年1～12月的100件消毒物品作为实验组。对照组采用常规管理方法，实验组采用PDCA循环管理方法。比较两组的灭菌效果合格率、临床科室消毒灭菌物品满意度、工作人员考核成绩。结果实验组的生物监测灭菌效果合格率、B-D试验灭菌效果合格率、化学监测灭菌效果合格率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组的临床科室消毒灭菌物品总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组的工作人员考核成绩高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对消毒供应中心增加PDCA循环管理方法能够提高灭菌效果合格率、临床科室消毒灭菌物品总满意度，可以促进工作人员考核成绩的提高，具有重要的应用价值。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management in sterilization quality monitoring and management of disinfection supply center.Methods A total of 100 disinfection articles in Shanxi Provincial General Hospital of Armed Police Force from January to December 2018 were randomly selected as the control group, and 100 disinfection articles in Shanxi Provincial General Hospital of Armed Police Force from January to December 2019 were randomly selected as the experimental group.The control group was given routine management method, and the experimental group was given PDCA cycle management method.The qualified rate of sterilization effect, satisfaction degree of clinical department disinfection and sterilization articles and staff assessment results of the two groups were compared.Results The qualified rate of biological monitoring sterilization effect, B-D test sterilization effect qualification rate and chemical monitoring sterilization effect qualification rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The result of staff assessment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Adding the PDCA cycle management method to the disinfection supply center can increase the qualification rate of the sterilization effect, the overall satisfaction of the disinfection and sterilization items in the clinical department, and can promote the improvement of the staff′s assessment performance, which has important application value.
