Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of endoscopy combined with DSA fluoroscopic esophageal stent implantation in the treatment of dysphagia of advanced esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with dysphagia with advanced esophageal cancer admitted to Shenyang Fourth People′s Hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the treatment willingness of the patients and their families,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.All the patients underwent stent implantation under local anesthesia,among which the observation group received stent implantation under endoscopy combined with DSA-guided X-ray monitoring,while the control group received simple DSA-guided esophageal stent implantation.The digestive tract indexes,endotoxin level changes before and after treatment and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the anal exhaust time,recovery time of bowel sounds and normal eating time in the observation group were all earlier than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the endotoxin level in the body of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the endotoxin level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For esophageal cancer undergoing stent implantation,the observation group can relieve esophageal obstruction better,reduce endotoxin level and have high safety under the guidance of endoscopy combined with DSA fluoroscopy.
