Abstract:Objective To analyze the influence of rigid disposcope-guided tracheal intubation on bispectral index (BIS)and hemodynamics in obese patients. Methods A total of 100 cases of obese patients who need surgical treatment in People′s Hospital of Puning City from March 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group (n=50) and the observation group (n=50) according to random number table method. The control group was given Macintosh direct laryngoscope to guide tracheal intubation, and the observation group was given rigid disposcope to guide tracheal intubation. The changes of BIS and hemodynamics were compared between the two groups. Results The BIS of the control group after tracheal intubation was higher than that before tracheal intubation, and the BIS of the observation group after tracheal intubation was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the BIS of the observation group before and after tracheal intubation (P>0.05).The mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) of the patients in the control group after tracheal intubation were higher than those before the tracheal intubation, and the MAP and HR of the patients in the observation group after tracheal intubation were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no statistically significant difference between MAP and HR before and after tracheal intubation (P>0.05).Conclusion In obese patients, the effect of using rigid disposcope for tracheal intubation is significant, which is better than that of the Macintosh direct laryngoscope. It effectively controls and stabilizes the BIS and hemodynamics, and which is worthy of popularization and application.
