Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of Lidocaine combined with Puerarin infusion on prevention of central venous catheterization-related thrombosis,and to provide the basis for clinical efficacy.Methods A total of 50 inpatient surgical patients from October 2019 to December 2019 in Affiliated Hospital of Jinggangshan University were selected as the study subjects,the patients were divided into the experimental group (25 cases) and the control group (25 cases)according to random number table method.The experimental group received target controlled infusion of 2% Lidocaine at 2 μg/mL and 500 mg Puerarin intravenous drip at the end of operation.The control group received target-controlled infusion of 0.9% normal saline at 2 μg/mL until the end of operation.D dimer levels,hemorheology index,peak venous blood flow velocity,and mean velocity were compared between the two groups.Results The D dimer level and hemorheology index in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the peak velocity and average velocity of venous blood flow in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Lidocaine combined with Puerarin can reduce early central venous catheterization-related thrombus.
