Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of multiple nursing service modes on elderly patients with arrhythmia caused by coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods A total of 140 elderly patients with arrhythmia caused by CHD admitted to Tieling Central Hospital in Liaoning Province from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,70 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Metoprolol Tablets for seven days as a course of treatment,and both groups were treated for two consecutive courses.Besides,patients in the control group received regular nursing service mode intervention,while in the observation group,they received multiple nursing service modes as an intervention.Both groups of patients received nursing intervention for 20 days.The clinical efficacy,health status and complications after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate of the observation group was 92.86%,higher than that of the control group accounting for 84.29%,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with before the intervention in the two groups,the scores of emotion,sleep and consciousness in the two groups were reduced after the intervention,respectively.The scores of emotion,sleep and consciousness in the observation group after the intervention were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application multiple nursing service modes in of arrhythmia caused by CHD in elderly patients can effectively enhance the clinical treatment effect,improve their health status,and reduce the incidence of complications.
